Enter the receiver's phone number, then send them an SMS invite or start calling directly.
How to use WebMediaTalk: First, open this app on both your phone and the receiver's phone. Enter the receiver's phone number using the dialpad (long-press the * key to add a + for international numbers). Then choose Video Call or Audio Only using the toggle at the top. Tap "Call Now (Video/Audio)" to start — the app will send a ring notification via Firebase. Alternatively, tap "Send SMS Invite" to text a direct call link to the receiver. When the receiver gets the SMS, they tap the link to open the app — an incoming call screen will appear automatically with a 30-second timeout. They tap ACCEPT to answer. Once connected, you'll see the remote video (on video calls) and your own picture-in-picture preview (draggable). Use the on-screen controls to mute your mic, turn off camera, flip camera, or enable speaker mode. Tap the red END button to hang up. Both devices must be on the same number (called number) — the app uses Firebase Realtime Database for signaling. No servers store your media — it's peer-to-peer WebRTC. Works on mobile and desktop browsers.
