How to use ScreenFlow Pro: First, choose your recording settings — Resolution (1080p, 720p, or 480p), Frame Rate (60/30/24/15 fps), Video Quality (High/Medium/Low), and whether to include microphone audio. Click the green "Start Recording" button. Your browser will ask you to select which screen, window, or tab to share — choose one and click "Share". Recording begins immediately. You'll see a live preview of what's being recorded. Use the "Pause" button to temporarily stop recording (click "Resume" to continue) or "Stop" to finish. When stopped, the recording automatically saves to your browser's memory and appears in the "Recent Recordings" list. Click the 📥 download icon next to any recording to save it as a WebM video file to your computer. The status panel shows recording duration, file size, and current resolution. All processing happens entirely in your browser — no uploads, no servers, completely private. Requires a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) with screen capture support. Note: System audio (internal computer sounds) cannot be captured due to browser security restrictions, only microphone audio is supported when enabled.
